β β β β β They only accept parcels with self service printed labels from DHL. Now they also let you ship through them. No Letters or Documents sending possible.

β β β β β Stupid service point they don't have the form to fill for shipping, you have to print ot out urself, so better print out from home and let pick up there, shame that I spent half hour og my time to go there because I found it written shipping

β β β β β I used them to sending a shipment. They waited 5 days before transferring my urgent shipment to the distributor !!! Totally unreliable for shipments. Maybe next time they wait 3 months?? Who can tell...

β β β β β I have had a few interactions with this service point. They are generally rude and dismissive. Probably because they are not good English speakers and don't want to serve people who don't speak Dutch. The employees are mostly under-trained and if you ask a question, they run to each other trying to find an answer and mostly they can't. While the DHL website says this point creates and prints a label for you, when you ask they say "we can't be printing label for every customer that comes here." They don't even provide the most basic service of selling DHL boxes for you to put your stuff in.

β β β β β I give 4 stars because they aren't DHL employees we're talking about a 3th party employees taking care of a package.
The the 3th party is of course in this store Jumbo.
They're doing what they can.
Services bad or good experienced?
That depends on the Jumbo employers and not DHL or the employer of DHL.
At least! My packages arrives or getting sended so. No complains about that, only the employers of the jumbo are mixed with there services. That's why I'm bummed about it, other then that DHL is good enough.
