★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de website staat dat deze vestiging tot 18:00 open is. Ik kom om 16:55 aan en krijg te horen dat dit niet klopt en dat ze om 17:00 dicht gaan. Kom morgen naar terug.. :(
The website states that this branch is open until 18:00. I arrive at 4:55 pm and am told that this is not correct and that they close at 5:00 pm. Come back tomorrow .. :(

Paar weken pakket gebracht en één van de medewerkers heeft het naar een verkeerd adres gestuurd. Kan gebeuren maar hebben geen enkele moeite gedaan om het te compenseren.
Sterker nog, het personeel was onaardig en ontkende dat ze een fout adres hadden gebruikt.
Tot nu toe nog steeds geen oplossing.
Bad service.
Brought the package for a few weeks and one of the employees sent it to the wrong address. Could happen but didn't make any effort to compensate.
In fact, the staff was rude and denied using a wrong address.
So far still no solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL maakt zelf de fout op het verkeerde adres af te leveren, afgesproken, met de gegevens per email, dat zij op het juiste adres aanleveren. Ontvanger zegt niets te hebben, DHL reageert nergens meer op. Strop € 400,00.
En bedankt, oplichters.
