Donkergroene kluisjes (print van varens) van "Pakketdienst DeBuren". Het wijst zich verder vanzelf. Ik had wel de verkeerde bar code gescand en ik kreeg een foutmelding met een tel. nummer wat ik gebeld heb. De dame van van "DeBuren" kon meekijken en heeft me goed geholpen. Er wordt aangegeven in welk kluisje het pakket in gestopt moet worden. Je krijgt ook een bevestigings E-mail met track and trace. Tip; geef wat duidelijker aan dat het een DHL servicepunt is! vandaar de 4 sterren ipv 5. Went fine, was a good search. Was in the toilet building of the Middenwaard and was not clearly recognizable as a DHL service point. Dark green lockers (print of ferns) from "Parcel Service DeBuren". It goes without saying. I did scan the wrong bar code and I got an error with a phone number that I called. The lady of van "DeBuren" was able to watch and helped me well. It is indicated in which locker the package should be put. You will also receive a confirmation E-mail with track and trace. Tip; indicate more clearly that it is a DHL service point! hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

M	Marc JMB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL wat een slechte koeriersbedrijf !!!! Zelfs niet één ster waardig. Ik had in het verleden al een slechte ervaring maar dit spant de kroon. Ze staan voor je huis met het pakketje naast de auto ik dacht dit gaat eindelijk eens goed. Pakketje gaat weer in de auto en rijdt weg. Ik dacht dat is raar zal er straks nog één van "die clan" komen ? Ik had het gewoon moeten filmen want we kregen kort daarna het berichtje dat we niet thuis werden aangetroffen. DHL ongelooflijk wat jullie wéér laten zien !!!! En dan kan je jullie nog geeneens bereiken of een klacht indien (ja met héél véél omwegen en dan niets horen). Nee hoor dit NOOIT weer ? wat een verschrikkelijk slecht en klantonvriendelijk bedrijf. DHL what a bad courier company !!!! Not even worthy of one star. I already had a bad experience in the past, but this takes the cake. They are in front of your house with the package next to the car I thought this is finally going well. Package goes back into the car and drives away. I thought that's weird will there be another one from "that clan" later? I should have just filmed it because we got the message shortly after that we were not found at home. DHL unbelievable what you show again !!!! And then you cannot even reach you or file a complaint (yes, with many detours and then hear nothing). No NEVER hear this again ? what a terribly bad and customer-unfriendly company.
