Ten eerste waren ze heel behulpzaam aan de telefoon, toen ik om informatie vroeg.
Er was een probleem met het adres invoeren op de DHL-site en ze hebben heel erg hun best gedaan om het op te lossen.
Mijn zending moest worden over-gepakt in een box van DHL, waarbij ze hebben geholpen. (mijn hand begon te bloeden)
Als laatste hebben ze er nog dikke tape omheen gedaan, zodat de inhoud er niet via de randen uit kon komen. (badge van werk)
Mochten jullie dit lezen, heel hartelijk bedankt voor de goede service.

I have been very helpful in sending a package to Brunei.
First, they were very helpful on the phone when I asked for information.
There was a problem with entering the address on the DHL site and they did their very best to solve it.
My shipment had to be over-packed in a DHL box, which helped them. (my hand started to bleed)
Finally they put thick tape around it so that the contents could not come out through the edges. (badge of work)
