★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pickup Amazon.nl package that was reported on Amazon as ‘The package is delivered directly to the customer’ at a time when 3m from the front door. Curiously I got a separate correspondence at the same moment that amazon pinged me the delivery notice but direct from DHL saying that the package was available at this service point, so went to the store this morning but it was closed despite being reported as open at that time according to data in the DHL email and on Google. I wonder if this experience is reflected in DHL’s performance stats to Amazon. This isn’t a unique experience so have duly removed DHL from my Christmas card list! To be fair once the pickup point was actually open the service was efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They work as DHL pick up point, but you van not simply receive your parcel. They don't understand how DHL app and system works, they never can find parcel with correct number on it, saying that there is wrong number, but they are LYING! Because if you are stubborn enough in the end they bring your parcel from their storage and you see that info on the parcel is correct. It's just something about their ability to manage pick up point. It's too complicated for them it seems. And they are extremely rude. Also if they see that you are not dutch, they treat you differently then Dutch people. And they treat women worse then men.
