★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze DHL ServicePoint is in het gebouw "Blaak House" en wordt uitgevoerd door "de Buren". Via een touchscherm kan je een pakketje ophalen of versturen in een locker. Scherm instructie mag wel iets duidelijker.
 This DHL ServicePoint is in the "Blaak House" building and is operated by "de Buren". Via a touch screen you can pick up or send a package in a locker. Screen instruction could be a bit clearer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De kluizen zijn ALTIJD vol. Ik ga er niet eens meer naartoe en loop meteen door naar Beurs.
The safes are ALWAYS full. I don't even go there anymore and walk straight to Beurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system is prone to error. To send a package you have to scan your barcode then choose yourself in which box you want to leave the package (insert their column and box number).
One of my package went ok but for the others:
1. The box can't be opened eventhough the system said it's open. Then the panel immediately went back to the starting page so I couldn't even flagged that there's an error and I haven't been able to put my package
2. It kept on saying the boxes I chose was used but did not offer any info whether there's actually an empty box or if everything is already full
In both cases when I tried to scan the barcode again it gave me an error page and directed me to call their client services.
Thankfully when I went to the other DHL point in the subway station of Beurs (just 5 mins walk from there) the barcodes went ok and I could leave the packages there.
So, next time just use the DHL service point at Beurs! You just need to choose your package size and they'd choose and open the box for you!
