โ โ โ โ โ Nice to have it close by, if you got notification for package pickup, dont enter the gate and go to the building. Most probably the package will be in the yellow box outside the fence. Short term parking is available right in front of it.

โ โ โ โ โ It might not be immediately clear where you have to go as a customer. Parking is free but the office might be difficult to reach by wheelchair. Staff is skilled. It is a bit out of the way if you need to fetch a package that was delivered when you were not home.
Be sure to wait a bit with collecting your package as they will try and deliver it twice. On both the papers they left in my mailbox they indicated it would be delivered next day AND I could collect it. Standard practice is they try 2 deliveries and if the second fails as well you can collect it the day after at the indicated location.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful service. An email (see photo) told me they were open for me to collect until 20:00 on Fridays. Arrived at 19:30, waited behind the desk and rang the bell for 20mins. When someone showed up they were very rude and started making excuses...when I said wasn't interested in hearing excuses they refused to give me my package they were holding right infront of me. Don't make your problem your customers' problem DHL.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service! I asked for insurance of my package, they said we canโt find it in the system! How come???
They said the package will be in 1-2 days in Germany. Ok, but now after one week, itโs not delivered and I donโt know where it is! It seems that it is going to a trip around the world!
The same package was sent to me by GLS from Germany in 2 days! But for DHL it takes ages to deliver the package!
Absolutely nonsense!

1. You should never call the phone number start with (0900 ...) in the Netherlands!!!
It's a on purpose set up pay number even your phone has a free to call contract.
2. The employee do often make the phone call longer hold; For example: "Don't understand what you just said, can you be a little louder, misunderstand what you just said ... "
Can not believe DHL has such a disappoint Service point!

โ โ โ โ โ They claim the package was not delivered because no one was home even though there were 2 people all the time and then they just force you to pick your package in the outskirts of the Hague with very bad public.... good business plan how to save money, but terrible if you are a customer
