★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kon mijn pakket vanaf zaterdag 15 uur ophalen. Zaterdag is dit afhaalpunt dicht. Geen probleem. Zondag zijn ze open van 10 tot 13 uur. Ik heb om 11 uur 10 minuten aangebeld. Werd niet opengedaan. Erg vervelend. Toen ben ik om half 13 nog een keer terug geweest. Werd er weer niet open gedaan. Onacceptabel.
 I was able to pick up my package from Saturday 3 pm. This collection point is closed on Saturdays. No problem. They are open on Sundays from 10am to 1pm. I rang the bell at 11 am for 10 minutes. Wasn't opened. Very annoying. Then I went back again at half past one. Wasn't opened again. Unacceptable.

Too bad people don't check the carrier's sites and rely on old information that Google displays. Tip: always check the carrier's website.
