★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never on time, never shows up. 100% sure that delivery fails if a webshop is working with them. Never had so many bad experience with a delivery service as DHL. Last 10 orders did not deliver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's actually inside the parking garage (left after you enter where the cars enter), took me quite a while to find it at first. The user interface of the machine isn't ideal, but overall it's really convenient to be able to drop of packages that need to be returned 24 hours a day without any waiting lines.
