★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **Niet zozeer deze locatie anzich, maar wil het hier wel kwijt**. De DHL bezorger in deze omgeving maakt misbruik van dit ophaalpunt. Door niet gewoon thuis te bezorgen maar waarschijnlijk tijd weet te besparen door pakketjes naar dit ophaalpunt toe te schrijven, want anders snap ik niet dat je het niet gewoon bij de deur aflevert. De bezorger zegt dat je niet thuis bent terwijl hij aankwam in de straat. Naar de deur alvast. Vervolgens kwam er niemand en dus als conclusie getrokken moest worden dat meneer al weg was en kreeg ik een "niet thuis" bericht. Er staat dat je bezorging nu plaatsvindt op dit ophaalpunt tenzij je het wijzigt. Dit is al de zoveelste keer bij DHL en het internet staat vol met lotgenoten. Vervolgens ga je naar de link voor wijziging en kan het niet. Je kan ze niet eens bereiken op zaterdag. En welk bedrijf vraagt een euro voor een klantenservice waar zoveel fout gaat. Verdienen op eigen fouten. Ze helpen je niet. In deze omgeving is dit kennelijk de standaard. Je bestelt online voor thuisbezorging maar dhl heeft andere plannen met je pakket.
 **Not so much this location as such, but want to put it here**. The DHL delivery person in this area abuses this collection point. By not just delivering at home, but probably saving time by allocating packages to this collection point, because otherwise I don't understand why you can't just deliver it to the door. The delivery man says you are not at home as he arrived in the street. To the door already. Then no one came and so the conclusion had to be drawn that the gentleman was already gone and I received a "not at home" message. It says your delivery is now at this pick-up point unless you change it. This is the umpteenth time at DHL and the internet is full of fellow sufferers. Then you go to the link for change and it is not possible. You can't even reach them on Saturdays. And which company asks a euro for customer service where so much goes wrong. Earn on your own mistakes. They don't help you. Apparently this is the standard in this environment. You order online for home delivery, but DHL has other plans with your package.
