Spijt zal u zich misschien afvragen? Ja heel veel spijt dat ik pas na 5 jaar in Zoetermeer voor de 1e x hier ben gaan eten. Wat een lief klein culinair pareltje is deze Trattoria, Italiaans eten zoals het traditioneel is bedoeld en klaargemaakt moet worden met verse en kwalitatief goede ingrediënten met heel vriendelijk en service gericht personeel die ook nog eens goede info kan geven over de te kiezen gerechten en goede wijnen. Kortom een topzaakje en zeer aanbevelingswaardig. I've been living in Zoetermeer for 5 years and last night I had dinner with a cousin of mine at Di Niente for the first time and gosh I'm so sorry. Regret you may wonder? Yes, I am very sorry that I only went to eat here for the 1st time after 5 years in Zoetermeer. What a sweet little culinary gem this Trattoria is, Italian food as it is traditionally intended and must be prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients with very friendly and service-oriented staff who can also give good information about the dishes to choose and good wines . In short, a top business and highly recommended.
K	Kevin Stolk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wordt een mens blij van! Gisteravond met de familie aan een lange tafel gedineerd en genoten van allerlei echte Italiaanse gerechten. Je waant je in een echte Italiaanse agriturismo. De antipasti waren verrukkelijk, vleeswaren van hoge kwaliteit, heerlijke kaasjes, olijven, uitjes in balsamico, lekker stukje brood. De primi piatti bestonden uit twee soorten pasta, een tagliatelle met gorgonzola en walnoot en een smallere tagliatellesoort met garnalen en tomaat. Beide waren om je vingers bij af te likken! De secundi piatti brachten biefstuk in tomatensaus met aardappeltjes uit de oven en een schotel van zeebaars met paprika, olijf, tomaat en courgette. De biefstuk was helaas niet zo mals als ik had gehoopt maar smaakte wel goed, vooral met de heerlijke saus erbij. Bij de baars was het even opletten op graatjes maar ook daar was de smaak helemaal top, super combi met de gesmoorde groenten. Tot slot de dolci; een zelfgemaakte tiramisu met een cannoli gevuld met een mousse van pistache. Ook hier proef je de passie en het vakmanschap er weer vanaf, heel lekker. En als afsluiting een goede Italiaanse koffie zoals hij hoort te zijn. Kortom: echt een aanrader als je van de Italiaanse keuken houdt en graag eens anders wilt dineren dan in een groot restaurant met veel andere mensen. This makes a person happy! Had dinner at a long table with the family last night and enjoyed all kinds of real Italian dishes. You imagine yourself in a real Italian agriturismo. The antipasti were delicious, high quality cold cuts, delicious cheeses, olives, balsamic onions, tasty piece of bread. The primi piatti consisted of two types of pasta, a tagliatelle with gorgonzola and walnut and a narrower tagliatelle with shrimp and tomato. Both were to die for! The secundi piatti brought steak in tomato sauce with potatoes from the oven and a platter of sea bass with bell pepper, olive, tomato and zucchini. The steak was unfortunately not as tender as I had hoped but it tasted good, especially with the delicious sauce. With the bass it was a matter of paying attention to the bones, but there too the taste was great, super combination with the braised vegetables. Finally the dolci; a homemade tiramisu with a cannoli filled with a pistachio mousse. Here you can taste the passion and craftsmanship again, very tasty. And finally a good Italian coffee as it should be. In short: highly recommended if you love Italian cuisine and would like to dine differently than in a large restaurant with many other people.
