h	hallo hallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een ogenblik geduld alstublieft, u wordt over 16 minuten geholpen.. ? slechte 'service' En dat is niet de eerste keer, de ene keer wacht je bijna een uur en wordt alsnog ineens de verbinding verbroken, de andere keer is er geen antwoord op de simpelste vragen.. je zou van een overheidsinstelling, waar DUO toch onder valt, een betere bereikbaarheid en dienst verwachten. Helaas kan je niet nul sterren geven. One moment please, you will be helped in 16 minutes .. ? poor 'service' And that is not the first time, one time you wait almost an hour and the connection is suddenly interrupted, the other time there is no answer the simplest questions .. you would expect better access and service from a government institution that still includes DUO. Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars.
I	Ivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een fout gemaakt met mijn studiefinanciering, hierdoor had ik makkelijk 1200 euro kunnen mis lopen door mijn eigen fout. de medewerker begreep volledig hoe de verwarring was ontstaan en had daar begrip voor. Vervolgens ben ik goed geholpen met duidelijk uit leg. Hij nam echt de tijd voor mij en heeft mijn fout snel kunnen oplossen. De service is heel goed, Ik ben dik tevreden. De meeste 1 ster rating komen van mensen die via telefoon contact proberen te krijgen. Doe niet zo moeilijk, maar een afspraak via de website en je wordt geweldig geholpen. I had made a mistake with my student finance, because of this I could easily have missed 1200 euros due to my own mistake. the employee fully understood how the confusion had arisen and understood that. I was then helped well with a clear explanation. He really took the time for me and was able to resolve my error quickly. The service is very good, I am very satisfied. Most 1 star rating comes from people who try to get in touch via telephone. Don't be difficult, but make an appointment through the website and you will be helped enormously.

Ik had dus besloten om eens een keer een afspraak op het servicekantoor te maken. Wat een verademing, het werd mij goed uitgelegd en zelfs gekeken naar misschien betere alternatieven. Deze 4 sterren gelden dan ook alleen voor de afspraak niet voor het bellen want dat is BAR SLECHT By telephone I have almost always been on hold for at least three quarters of an hour and then be told '' I do not know that, sir ''. So I decided to make an appointment at the service office once. What a relief, it was explained to me well and even looked at maybe better alternatives. These 4 stars are therefore only valid for the appointment for calling because that is BAR BAD

Z	Zoboo Mafoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a kennismigrant from the US, the NT2 is not required, but I took it for fun just to experience what many immigrants go through to stay in NL. The atmosphere was for the most part unwelcoming. Except for the lady working at the front desk, the other two employees definitely had some condescending attitude problems. Somewhat inconsistent in that they considered my 201 Dutch Verbs book a valid dictionary one day but not the second day (I was able to use the "normal" dictionaries though. Standardized test facilities were average, and I would say similar to what I've been through for the SAT and GRE. The only strange part of the test was speaking; everyone speaks at the same time so it was very difficult to concentrate.
