Snap dat er niet voor alles gereden kan worden en wilde vogels niet altijd te redden zijn, maar dat jullie er nog even tijd voor namen was heel fijn. Great people, helped quickly even if it was a pigeon. Understand that it is not possible to drive for everything and wild birds cannot always be saved, but that you still took some time for it was very nice.

Ik weet dat hij en ik Noa een mooie tijd hebben gegeven bedankt Noa zal je nooit vergeten! Thanks for transport and the Stuun and that she can deal with animals well, she has been inside with me I'm glad she is no longer in pain, the urn was picked up by my brother! Bel ik voor een gewonde eend, zeggen ze dat die er al langer woont en ik hem maar gewoon moet laten lopen. Waar is de dierenambulance voor als ze niet eens op komen dagen bij een dier die hulp nodig heeft? I had recently found a little magpie that was injured on the leg and was therefore completely crooked and was not yet able to fly. They wouldn't come for it. I call for an injured duck, they say it has lived there for a while and I should just let it walk. What is the animal ambulance for if they don't even show up to an animal that needs help?

Net gekeken en zit aan het eind van de straat op gras. Ik ga er niet achter aan vangen want dat is niet mijn werk. Dierenambulance Enschede mijn donatie krijgen jullie niet meer. You call them about a goose that walks in the street and cannot do anything. They're not going to send people until he's caught and in a box then we can pick him up. Just looked and sits on grass at the end of the street. I'm not going to catch up because that's not my job. Animal ambulance Enschede you will no longer receive my donation.
B	Benjamin Van mierlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de nacht gebelt omdat k hier 2 kittens heb die het helaas niet gaan redden waarvan eentje bloed, maar omdat ik de eigenaar niet ben van de kittens kunnen ze niks voor me betekenen?! en moeten we maar afwachten tot de volgende morgen zodat we de dierenarts kunnen bellen.. meneer verteld wel als k de kittens zou hebben gevonden zouden ze gelijk met spoed komen want een ambulance stond al klaar, vind dit simpelweg niet normaal !!!! Called in the night because I have 2 kittens here that unfortunately are not going to make it, one of which is blood, but because I am not the owner of the kittens, they can not mean anything to me ?! and we have to wait until the next morning so that we can call the vet .. sir told if k would have found the kittens they would come immediately because an ambulance was ready, this is simply not normal !!!!
T	Tal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al 2 x zelfde verhaal met de dierenambulance. Eerste keer gebeld voor een gans met visdraad om de poot. Als je de gans niet zelf vangt doen ze er niks mee. Die poot sterft dus gewoon langzaam af en wat er met de gans verder gebeurd doet er niet toe. 2de keer een intact vogelei gevonden. Doen we niks mee. Ik vraag of het niet uitgebroed kan worden bij een opvang of iets. Nee daar doen we niks mee. Je verteld me dus eigenlijk dat ik het maar in de prullenbak moet gooien of iets. Dierenambulance Enschede is gewoon een veredelde taxi service geworden voor huisdieren. Of er moet een keer een gemoedelijke vrijwilliger zijn die net dat beetje extras wil doen. Already twice the same story with the animal ambulance. First called for a goose with fishing line on the leg. If you don't catch the goose yourself, they won't do anything with it. So that leg just dies off slowly and what else happens to the goose does not matter. Found an intact bird's egg for the second time. We do not participate. I ask if it can't be hatched at a shelter or something. No we don't do anything with that. So you're basically telling me to throw it in the trash or something. Animal ambulance Enschede has simply become a glorified taxi service for pets. Or there must be a friendly volunteer who wants to do just that little bit extra.
K	Katerina Brandt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible.!! I call yesterday the dierenambulance because i find a wild birth Who was hurt and she couldnt Fly. The woman with Who i talked on the phone was very unfriendly , she say i had to waite till tomorow morning( means 9h to go ) and than maybe when the Bird is still hurt they will come and help. After a small discussion with that woman , the bird died after a Half hour. That bird doesnt had blood or was bitten by a cat. That bird just had a broken Fly. Im sure when the Dierenambulance would help directly, that bird would not be died. What i dont understand is, a dierenambulance must have a big heart for animals. To say to me on the phone that i had to let a animal without any help till next morning, Is for me a very unprofessionell and bad dierenambulance i ever met. For what people call them ? That they help, thats is there Job. And the only thing you get back, is a very stupid answer. For me this people dont have to do that Job.somebody Who doenst have a heart for animals doesnt cant help them. As i saw im not the only one who gives that Kind of opinion back. So i hope that one day , somebody will see all that, all the opinions of people Who have a good heart for animals, Who want to help but doesnt get any help. And i hope that the people Who work there will be change by more professionelle people , Who are able to help. Very dissapointent in that service.
H	Hengameh Noshahri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! I found a wild bird which was injured and couldn't fly. I took it to them late in the evening becasue I was afraid the poor thing will die. They were closed (24 hour open, they say) I called and a lady said that they don't treat birds! then she said probably the bird is sleepy and it will fly in the morning! I said I tried to feed it but it doesn't eat/drink and she responded birds don't eat at night! I insisted that it has crashed to windows and walls when trying to fly and she responded ok, it has a headache then and it will be ok after an overnight sleep!!! Animal ambulance is supposed to come for a call, I was standing infront of their door with the bird in my hands and they refused to open the door for me!
