Netjes te woord gestaan en goed geholpen Had an injured heron, it took quite a long time so they might have been very busy with the emergencies. Neatly spoken and well helped

Zieke schildpadden worden wel opgehaald door ambulance, gezonde niet. Vreemd om deze afweging bij burger te laten. Tevens de 2 uur reistijd voor een "retourtje" schildpadden opvang vind ik ook onbehoorlijk. De ambulance kan toch ook de gezonde opvangen en dat wekelijks de schildpadden opvang deze bij de dierenambulance ophaalt? Dus geen kritiek op de ambulancemedewerkers, wel op beleidsmakers. Op deze manier voorspel ik een hoop schildpadden skeletten op de bodem van de vijvers.... It may be wise to make agreements between animal ambulance and turtle rescue foundation. Sick turtles are picked up by ambulance, healthy turtles are not. It is strange to leave this decision to the citizen. I also find the 2 hours travel time for a "return ticket" turtle rescue inappropriate. Can't the ambulance also take care of the healthy ones and that the turtles shelter collect them every week from the animal ambulance? So no criticism of the ambulance staff, but of policymakers. In this way I predict a lot of turtles skeletons at the bottom of the ponds ...
