Staat wel goed bekend lees ik. Qua kosten zie ik geen schrikverhalen. We were looking for Dijkstra by navi here. Very expensive. Eur 65.00 for anal gland expression. Next time try Dijkstra. Is well known, I read. In terms of costs, I see no scare stories.

S	S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks dat onze kat ons heel erg heeft laten schrikken met haar epileptische aanvallen wisten ze ons bij deze kliniek gerust te stellen. Er kon meteen bloedonderzoek gedaan worden en gestart worden met de behandeling. Goede behandeling en zeer vriendelijke dierenarts. Het gaat nu super goed met de kat. Despite the fact that our cat really scared us with her epileptic seizures, they managed to reassure us at this clinic. Blood tests could be done immediately and treatment started. Good treatment and very friendly vet. The cat is now doing very well.

S	S.A. Arntz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komen afspraken NIET na! Bespreken eerst een prijs met het gehele kosten plaatje, spreken af alles in 1 keer betalen. Maak ik dat bedrag over, kom ik terug voor de sterilisatie, door een storm 's ochtends om 9 uur, wordt ik weg gestuurd, omdat er dan nog eens 100 euro over gemaakt zou moeten worden voor de sterilisatie zelf + extra kosten voor ditje en datje, etc... etc... En dan niks op factuur doen, SCHANDALIG! Onprofessioneel, niet betrouwbaar en al in al: onmenselijk... Zo ga je niet met mensen om! 2 werkdagen moeten missen, en dan niet willen opereren omdat hun niet goed communiceren. 1ste afspraak: overlegt wat er moet gebeuren en hoeveel het kost. 2de afspraak: weer eerst overlegt totale kosten gebaseerd op wat er moet gebeuren. na chippen en 1ste shot kwam gelijk al de kosten voor de vaccinatie passpoort en dat wat bij de chips hoort(registratienummer iets, zodat je de chip ook daadwerkelijk kan gebruiken....) erbij opgeteld! 3de afspraak: breng de poes voor sterilisatie om 9:15 door de regen heen... word mij gezegd dat ik daar allemaal nog voor moet betalen! met de vraag: of dat mijn kat aan een wond zou gaan likken....???? en dan 20euro extra vragen voor een soort t-shirt die dan zou voorkomen dat ze aan de wond kan likken, allemaal niet volgens wat er was afgesproken! Bel ik vandaag om te vragen hoe het zat met die 2de shot die bij het setje vaccinaties hoort..... moet ik daar ook nog voor gaan betalen! Mooi niet dus. Puntje bij paaltje komt het er op neer dat er kosten worden besproken en ze daarna bij elke stap onderweg je overal extra bij laten betalen voor de meest belachelijke prijzen en dingetjes. Do NOT keep agreements! First discuss a price with the entire cost picture, agree to pay everything in one go. I transfer that amount, I come back for the sterilization, due to a storm in the morning at 9 o'clock, I am sent away, because then another 100 euros would have to be paid for the sterilization itself + extra costs for this and that, etc ... etc... And then do nothing on invoice, DISGUSTING! Unprofessional, not reliable and all in all: inhumane ... That's not how you treat people! Missing 2 working days, and then not wanting to operate because they don't communicate well. 1st appointment: discusses what needs to be done and how much it costs. 2nd appointment: first discusses total costs based on what needs to be done. after chipping and 1st shot, all the costs for the vaccination passport and that which belongs to the chips (registration number something, so you can actually use the chip ...) were added! 3rd appointment: bring the cat through the rain for sterilization at 9:15 ... I am told that I still have to pay for all of that! with the question: whether my cat would lick a wound .... ???? and then ask 20 euros extra for a kind of t-shirt that would prevent her from licking the wound, all not according to what had been agreed! I call today to ask about the 2nd shot that comes with the set of vaccinations ..... do I also have to pay for it! That's not good. The bottom line is that costs are discussed and then they make you pay extra for the most ridiculous prices and things every step of the way.
