★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with a friend to get food for his dog. I personally recommended this placed as i used to get food for my mom's cat there. Well anyway, he chose the 2kg pack and we wanted to pay. At the cash register the lady asked us if the dog was allowed to have a treat, and we were happy to allow that, because we thought it was cute and showed how the shop was customer oriented. The lady took a handful of dried snacks and fed that to the dog from one palm of her hand. We paid and happily left. Only when we got home, we saw the were not only charged for the 'treat', we were also not given the full 40 gram pack of the treat that we have just bought unknowingly. You see, it's really difficult to fit 40 grams of dried dog's snack in one palm of your hand, I'd say it's impossible.
Sadly you have just lost two customers, and for what? €2 extra? Hopefully you're proud of yourself now, so much revenue.
