R	Renzo Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anderhalf jaar geleden daar ons hondje Simba laten cremeren ,was top geregeld zeer goed en professioneel ontvangen kortom super. Vandaag mijn ander hondje zazoe opgehaald daar ook laten cremeren ondanks dat we donderdag,s telefonisch contact hebben gehad ook goed en dat ze wisten dat zazoe bij Simba in de urn kwam. Was het nu compleet anders! Kwam binnen zaten met 3 mensen aan tafel zonder mondkapjes terwijl overal stond mondkapje verplicht. Werd wel vriendelijk geholpen maar die persoon ook zonder mondkapje,moest even wachten toen werd ik geholpen door een vriendelijke jongeman ook zonder mondkapje maar zag er niet uit kwa kleding hoe ik de vorige keer werd geholpen. Kom verder zegt de vriendelijke jongeman en ik kom verder en zie mijn zazoe op tafel in een zakje!!!! Van emoties kon ik niks zeggen ik was zo er teleurgesteld dat ik zazoe op tafel in een zakje zag. Ik had dat echter niet verwacht heb zazoe zelf in de urn gedaan toen,en vroeg de jongen of hij de urn kon sluiten met lijm dat die niet meer los kon en dat deed hij ook zeer vriendelijk. Maar toen aan het einde kwam de rekening! Ik moest 12,50 extra betalen omdat de as van zazoe daar in de urn is geplaatst HOE DAN!! Ik heb maar betaald omdat ik snel naar huis wou. Na veel nadenken heb ik toch maar geplaatst hoop niet dat nogmaals gebeurd bij wie dan ook. Had al dagen verdriet van me maatje die 15 jaar bij me was om zo eigenlijk aftesluiten. A year and a half ago we had our dog Simba cremated there, it was very well and professionally received, in short, super. Picked up my other dog Zazoe today, also had it cremated, even though we had telephone contact on Thursday, and that they knew that Zazoe came in Simba's urn. Was it completely different now! Came in sat with 3 people at the table without mouth caps while mouth cap was mandatory everywhere. Was kindly helped but that person also without a mouth cap, had to wait a while then I was helped by a friendly young man without a mouth cap but did not look kwa clothing how I was helped last time. Come on says the friendly young man and I come on and see my zazu on the table in a bag!!!! I couldn't say anything about emotions I was so disappointed that I saw zazoe on the table in a bag. I did not expect that, however, I put zazu in the urn myself then, and the boy asked if he could close the urn with glue that it could not come loose and he did so very kindly. But then at the end came the bill! I had to pay extra 12.50 because the ashes of zazoe were placed there in the urn HOW TO!! I only paid because I wanted to go home quickly. After much thought I decided to post anyway, hope it doesn't happen again to anyone. I had been sad for days from my buddy who was with me for 15 years to actually close.

We were told about De Breborgh by our vet so we called them to arrange Hertas cremation. From the first call to picking up her ashes they were the most wonderful people to deal with. I have had to do this sad task in the past and it was very unpleasant but all the staff we dealt with here were caring and so respectful. I wish I could give more stars as a measly 5 just isn't enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you are all wonderful. Regards Jaap and Cate
