Friendly athomosphere. Everybody were really nice with me and my cat. They gave us all the information we need and explain us everything with detailed information.

The staff are very friendly and were very accommodating to us. Appointments are made well and you won't be waiting long. They took very good care of our cats and I would highly recommend them.

The vet was professional and knowleagable and lovely, however, being new to NL, I only had my UK cards..but I had all of them- I had gold amex, maestro, visa, debit, credit- i have around 8 cards to choose from..but none of these cards were accepted. They only wanted dutch debit card. The bill was around 300 Euro- mainly for a new dog passports and vacine stamps for us to travel back to UK. The receptionist asked me to go to get cash- I did..but local Jumbo only was giving 50 Euro. So coming back, I said, please keep dog passports and I will return to pay cash in the evening, as I was working from home and I had calls scheduled and needed to be home on time. Receptionist called the owner and the owner forced me to leave my own passport on a top of dogs passports. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my passports, but it was such an ugly scene that I had no choice. I felt that they treat me as a criminal and if I dont leave my own passports, I wont be even released from the clinic. The dog passports were the reason we came to the clinic, so they would have been sufficient, but instead - it all turned into a very unpleasant experience. Poorly handled by the owner and receptionist. However vet was great. Ps. appreciate the response, maybe miscommunication, but i also offered to come with me to nearest cash machine so I pay cash and release me..that offer was also declined...
