★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place! Worth the drive from Amsterdam West where we did not have a good experience. Our dog is an anxious rescue and here they took the time to get to know her and make her comfortable :) they know their stuff and gave us much more information than we got at our previous vet. We are very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They treat my cat well and they are friendly and nice people.
However, they neglected to tell me that she needed her vaccines updated. It's not my job to know these things, especially when I moved here from another country. It is the vet's responsibility to look at my cats medical records and tell me if she needs anything, such as updated vaccine. They simply filed away her records when I sent them, without even looking at them, clearly. I'm very disappointed, and the person at the front desk usually does not know much, if anything. They told me I could've filled out my cats passport at home, but in fact I needed signatures and stamps, so I certainly could not have done this at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat do something to her paw, nobody knows what, but it don’t look good. After one visit, and taking medicines her paw is completely healed. This clinic had a profesional vet’s, I am really gratefull.
