Onze hond was een beetje nerveus maar hij heeft echt geprobeerd haar op haar gemak te stellen! Met een fijn gevoel weer weg gegaan! Bedankt! Just visited this vet for the first time for our dog, Good 1st experience, nice 1st impression! Our dog was a bit nervous but he really tried to put her at ease! Left with a good feeling! Thanks!
t	tom grootenboe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren met mijn hond naar de dierenarts in Hoogerheide omdat ik dacht dat mijn hond oorpijn had.Volgens de arts kwam dit door zijn kies en moest deze onder narcose getrokken worden,kosten vanaf 350 euro. Dus na 2 minuten consult 40 euro afrekenen.Maar mijn hond zijn kiezen zijn niet rot dus ik naar een andere dierenarts,Ludo van Loon in Essen,Belgie.Deze arts heeft mijn hond onderzocht en geconstateerd dat zijn kiezen alleen een beetje tandplak hebben.Dit werdt door Dr van Loon gratis verwijdert.Oftewel Dierenkliniek Hoogerheide wilt mijn hond opereren enz enz terwijl dit ABSOLUUT niet nodig is.Ik dacht vroeger dat men arts werdt uit welzijn en niet uit winstbejag Yesterday I took my dog to the vet in Hoogerheide because I thought my dog had an earache. According to the doctor this was due to his molar and it had to be pulled under anesthesia, costs from 350 euros. So after 2 minutes of consultation, I pay 40 euros, but my dog's teeth are not rotten so I go to another vet, Ludo van Loon in Essen, Belgium. This doctor has examined my dog and found that his teeth only have a bit of plaque. was removed by Dr van Loon free of charge. In other words, Animal Clinic Hoogerheide want to operate my dog etc etc while this is ABSOLUTELY unnecessary. I used to think that people became a doctor for welfare and not for profit

They helped very well and I think it's great that they call the day after the operation to check if everything is okay! Really recommended!!

The different Veterinarians are friendly and explain what they are doing, it's nice that they also try to involve the kids. I would give 5 stars but it's always a hassle setting up appointments, because there is 1 phone number for multiple locations and you have to repeat / insist several times during a call which location you want otherwise they will book your appointment to bergen op zoom.... Also the receptionist @ Hoogerheide kind of always gives me the feeling I'm bothering her / wasting her time / not welcome.
