S	Stan den Hartog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vervelende manier van communiceren. Ik was hier gekomen omdat mijn kitten een wondje op zijn keel had. Dat betekent dat mijn doel is dat er naar de keel van de kitten wordt gekeken. Ik vraag dus niet naar allerlei bijkomstigheden zoals ontwormen en inenten. Dit wordt je letterlijk toegewezen op deze manier. "En dan moeten de kittens (hij heeft ook een broertje) volgende week ingeënt worden en ze moeten ook ontwormt worden, dus ik geef ook maar even ontwormingspasta mee". Ze leggen je dus iets op, terwijl je daar zelf niet naar hebt gevraagd. Hiermee geven ze de klant dus ook geen keuze en informeren niet op een prettige manier. Als ik vervolgens zelf aangeef dat ik deze bijkomstigheden op dit moment niet wil, dan wordt daar raar op gereageerd. Ik vind het prima als je iets wilt promoten, maar niet op deze manier, waarbij er iets in je schoenen wordt geschoven en je niet het idee krijgt dat je zelf een keuze kunt maken. A	Aleid van der Most on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben al lang ingeschreven bij dierenkliniek Hugen met mijn assortiment aan dieren inclusief, koningspython, rattenslang, B.Hamorii volgelspin, B.Albiceps vogelspin, twee luipaard gecko's en mijn bejaarde poes van 17 jaar oud. Ze hebben geen reptielen arts zelf maar ze zijn gelinked met de universiteit in utrecht waar geweldige Reptielenarts is. Helen is mijn standaard arts in de kliniek. Ze gaat geweldig om met de dieren en laat je daar ook erg relaxed door voelen. Helen is ook kundig met het nakijken van mijn slangen en geeft ze eens per jaar een check up. Mijn bejaarde poes heeft veel gezondheidsklachten en komt er regelmatig voor behandeling. Erg wordt ook rekening gehouden met wat je budgetair aankan eventueel en ze geven je ook de optie om dingen in termijnen betalen. Als je dieëtair eten nodig hebt dan kan je met een app voor korting sparen bij de praktijk, dit vindt ik persoonlijk ook erg fijn. De nazorg is ook erg goed, je wordt altijd wel eens gebelt met de vraag hoe uw huisdier hersteld na behandeling en ze geven u tijdig herrineringen over eventuele vaccinaties. Overal erg blij en ik kan deze praktijk erg aanraden. I have long been enrolled at Hugen Veterinary Clinic with my range of animals including, King Python, Rat Snake, B. Hamorii Fellow Spider, B. Albiceps Tarantula, two Leopard Geckos and my 17 year old aged cat. They do not have a reptile doctor themselves, but they are linked to the university in utrecht, which has a great reptilian doctor. Helen is my standard doctor at the clinic. She is great with the animals and makes you feel very relaxed. Helen is also skilled in checking my hoses and checks them once a year. My elderly cat has many health complaints and comes regularly for treatment. It also takes into account what your budget can possibly handle and they also give you the option to pay things in installments. If you need dietary food, you can save for a discount at the practice with an app, which I personally like very much. The aftercare is also very good, you will always be called to ask how your pet recovers after treatment and they will give you timely reminders about any vaccinations. Very happy everywhere and I can highly recommend this practice.

Mijn twee katten komen hier altijd, goede diagnose en beiden beschikken over het pluis/niet pluis gevoel, kortom tot nu toe zaten ze er nooit naast en heeft tenminste een van de twee katten het aan hun te danken dat hij nog leeft. De communicatie verloopt ook altijd goed, ze nemen de tijd en alles wordt op een prettige wijze en goed overlegd. De katten voelen zich er ook thuis! Two excellent vets and a knowledgeable team. My two cats always come here, well diagnosed and both have the fluff / not fluff feeling, so far they have never been wrong and at least one of the two cats owes it to them that he is still alive. Communication is always good, they take their time and everything is discussed in a pleasant manner and well. The cats also feel at home there!

Even kijken wat er nog nodig is voor een vakantie en ze zoeken het met liefde op. Netjes schoon en echt aandacht voor de dieren. Eerlijk advies en als er nood is zorgen ze altijd dat je terecht kan. Very good vets with a very good team. The aftercare and support is good. They are always ready for your questions or tips. Just look at what else is needed for a holiday and they will look for it with love. Neatly clean and real attention to the animals. Honest advice and if there is an emergency they always make sure you can go.

They explained in depth what is wrong with the cat and let me accompany my housemate for comfort. (she was pretty stressed out as she found her cat sleeping in one of those cat tubes soaked in urine..) of course everything being Corona safe so had to take the understandable distance. She answers any questions or concerns you have on a very friendly tone. If I had a pet I'd bring them here. Definitely.
