★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met een spoed geval konijntje er naar toe geweest. Ondanks dat ik bij een andere dierenarts zit (student) kon ik toch terecht. Vriendje mocht ook mee. Uitgebreide check gehad van oortjes, gebit, darmpjes enz. Gelijk ook gebitje bij gewerkt.
Na 2 injecties was het konijntje weer de oude. Ben zo dankbaar dat ik terecht kon. Heb heel veel over voor mijn diertjes en ben zo dankbaar dat ik zo goed geholpen ben
 With an emergency bunny went there. Even though I'm at another vet (student) I was still able to go. Friend was also allowed to join. Had an extensive check of ears, teeth, intestines, etc. At the same time, teeth were also updated.
After 2 injections the bunny was back to normal. I am so grateful I could go. I have a lot left for my animals and I am so grateful that I was helped so well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange tijd ben ik een klant geweest van deze dierenartsen praktijk. Meestal ging het hartstikke goed en netjes maar een keer ging daar goed mis met de operatie aan een oog van mijn hond. Ik heb vertrouwen verloren maar toch heb ik respect voor hard werkende dierenartsen en de assistenten daar. Want fout maken is menselijk.
For a long time I have been a customer of this veterinary practice. Usually it went very well and neatly but once it went wrong with the operation on an eye of my dog. I have lost confidence but I still respect hard working vets and the assistants there. Because making mistakes is human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katten laten onderzoeken bij de dierenarts. 2 keer moeten weglopen omdat ik geen dierenarts krijg maar een mevrouw die is opgeleid voor voeding...
Vervolgens word er een analyse gedaan die geheel foutief is. Kosten maken en uiteindelijk geef ik aan dat ik hier niet mee eens ben.
De eigenaar belt je eerst met het verhaal dat ze het gaat uitzoeken en dat ze het erg jammer vind. Vervoglens word je na 1 week gebeld om een andere dierenarts te bezoeken. Schandalig. alle kosten die ik heb gemaakt heb ik niet teruggekregen en nogsteeds met zieke katten

Then an analysis is made that is completely wrong. Incurring costs and in the end I indicate that I do not agree with this.
The owner will call you first with the story that she is going to sort it out and that she is very sorry. Afterwards you will be called after 1 week to visit another vet. Scandalous. I did not get back all the costs I made and still with sick cats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with our rat, for 2 appointments one here and one in Zuidhoorn. We were advised well, the vets really know what they're talking about and antibiotics helped amazingly. Our little rat is recovering well so far. I've been to 3 other vets with some of my rats before but none of them seemed knowledgeable about small rodents compared to this vet. Will be coming back here. The price is also not too bad at all!

They were so kind, and helped my boy feel a lot better. Now he's back to the happy, sweet boy he is, and I'll be sure to recommend them to anyone with a pet in Groningen
