★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience I have had there on Saturday morning 30th of Nov/19, I had to visit it to buy things for Coco my recently second adopted dog, I spent with a casual friend of mine like 30min gathering some products. Two cutomers stopped us and said well listen if we were you we will never buy anything from here and benefit them! We were shocked and asked why u saying so? They both confirmed that the women behind the cash desk warned people from me and my friend thinking&profiling us publicly and saying openly from of others that we could most probably be thief’s because we were foreigners, another one customer on her way out came and said exactly the same thing, we were disappointed that why wouldn’t have customers defended us? They said well we didn’t want to create troubles but u look both very respectful gentlemen’s.
I went to the cash desk and asked to the women I felt hurt and shame on you saying that and I broke down in tears, no one have said sorry or apologize, they said no discussion anymore just leave.
Ignorance is going to make me leave The Netherlands for good now. Have compassion and kind attitude to one another isn’t a tough and impossible task to do, pls be nice!!!!!!

The customer service is excellent, helpful, and friendly every time I have shopped here.
