★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen aanrader deze verzekering. Declaraties worden afgewezen ondanks het feit dat een duidelijke toelichting wordt gegeven op de ingediende declaratie. Helpdesk is niet erg behulpzaam en niet capabel zelfstandig zaken af te handelen. Is niet transparant in de afwijzingsgrond. Ondanks herhaaldelijke verzoeken de beoordelaar te spreken die de declaratie heeft afgehandeld wordt geen informatie verstrekt. Komt allemaal nogal dubieus over. Heb verzekering uiteindelijk opgezegd en overgestapt naar een betrouwbaardere uitvoerder.

Helpdesk is not very helpful and not capable of handling things independently. Is not transparent in the ground for rejection. Despite repeated requests to speak to the assessor who handled the claim, no information is provided. All comes across as rather dubious. Finally canceled insurance and switched to a more reliable provider.
