β β β β β I just moved to the Netherlands so when I needed to take my ferrets to the vet I had no clue where to go and just found these guys online since they are so close to me.
I could not be happier about having found them, they are wonderful and do great work.
I first took my male ferret in as he was unwell and they treated him and gave me great advice and he is now fine.
Then 2 days ago, I brought my female ferret in to get neutered, and I have no complaints, they even clipped her toenails for me which I thought was so nice. The icing on the cake, they sent me an email asking how my little princess is doing, which I thought was the sweetest thing.
I am going back again next week for my male to be neutered and will definitely also be using their services for my doggy.

β β β β β I took my young kitten, Guniness, to get his first vaccination. It is very easy to get an appointment (through phone or online), I even got it on the same day.All the staff were very friendly and gave me all the necessary information I need ( Worming, diet, vaccinations, passport). Guinness was very much relaxed in the hospital and he was handled with a lot of care and love. The prices are very reasonable and the service was great. I am very happy and taking Guinness here again for his second vaccination. I would definitely recommend this place.

β β β β β I stopped going there over year ago, because for cleaning teeth they take away dog in the morning, close in a cage and scared dog have to wait hours until they're ready. I explained my dog is very scared, but I couldn't convince them to give her something to calm down or let me stay with her, which is normal at other veterinary practices. I was watching my dog at home in camera and I noticed she almost choke herself with leash, when she was terrified and trying to escape. I think It might have been avoid by positioning dog correctly. I called them and they released her. When I picked her up after cleaning, they told me they couldn't do everything on time, so I have to come back in 2 weeks and sedate my old dog again. I was amazed they even propose this. I'm still feeling sad, when I think about how much my dog went through there.

β β β β β We lost our dear cat Mila today. We were told today's operation would be a simple dental operation to remove one extra tooth she had. Apparently her little heart couldn't handle anesthesia. Now these vetereinarians are hiding behind the fact that our poor Mila had a heart murmur when she was young. But they were themselves the ones to tell us more than a year ago that this was gone and not expected to cause any problems in future. We were told by them that his murmur was only an anomaly that can happen when cats are very young, now gone and nothing to worry. Even though she had a heart murmur back then, they knew that (she was always checked by them), they did the pre operation check, they even did the extra pre-operation blood check that I instructed them to do and they concurred that this would definitely reduce risk of any complication with anesthesia. Definitely NOT WELL DONE!!! You even dared to pull the info of heart murmur from her file and put in front of us for the cause?!?! You might be smiling to the customers faces, being good weather friends and getting quite some applauses for that. But YOU ARE LACKING IN COMPETENCY! You guys just inflicted the worst of pains that anyone can suffer in my family, the loss of a child. I will never forgive you...

β β β β β Had my dog and rabbit in this vet - worst experience ever. My rabbit died after 2 visits at the vet (incl. 1 x-ray) due to cancer. The vet was not able to diagnose that from both inspections and insisted it was just bladder inflation and kept subscribing the same medicines. During the inspection they didn't even take a look at the condition of the urethra after I said repetitively that she was not able to pee or poop with ease and that her urethra area is badly swollen. We have heard similar stories later on from people in the neighborhood (Strijp S) and they all changed to other vet. The staff there might be acting very friendly with big smiles but they are definitely lacking of competence or extremely unprofessional at what they do! If you love your pet please do not take them here.
