★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben niet naar mijn afspraak gegaan vanwege bijzondere omstandigheden. Heb hiervoor een e-mail gestuurd waarin staat dat ik mijn afspraak wil annuleren. Kreeg daarna een bevestiging dat mijn afspraak is geannuleerd. Uiteindelijk ontving ik een aanmaning waardoor ik het factuur wel moest betalen ongeacht het melden van een onjuiste nota bij mijn eigen zorgverzekeraar en het annuleren van de afspraak,. Echt oneerlijk dus!
 Didn't go to my appointment due to special circumstances. For this I sent an email stating that I want to cancel my appointment. Then received confirmation that my appointment has been canceled. Eventually I received a reminder so that I had to pay the invoice regardless of reporting an incorrect invoice to my own health insurer and canceling the appointment. Really unfair!
