Het bloed heeft de prikdienst per ongeluk naar haar gestuurd en zij heeft deze ontvangen en niet doorgestuurd naar het lab. Fouten kunnen gebeuren natuurlijk, maar Yolanda heeft dit niet aan mij gemeld. Yolanda zelf is niet bereikbaar via telefoon en ook emails worden niet op gereageerd. Pas na een aantal weken krijg ik haar te pakken en hoor ik dit verhaal. Vervolgens wordt er geen oplossing aangedragen. We spreken af dat ik de twee consulten betaal, wat ik heb gedaan (ook al heb ik nu niets aan deze consulten gehad) en zij de prikkosten van de prikdienst zal betalen. De factuur komt van de prikdienst, en wederom krijg ik Yolanda niet meer te pakken voor terugbetaling van de factuur. Ik ben ondertussen weer 3 weken verder zonder beantwoording van mijn voicemails en mails. Graag zo snel mogelijk een oplossing, Yolanda. Alvast bedankt. Have a blood test taken in consultation with Yolanda. The blood accidentally sent the injection service to her and she received it and not forwarded it to the lab. Mistakes can happen of course, but Yolanda has not reported this to me. Yolanda herself cannot be reached by phone and emails are also not responded to. Only after a few weeks do I catch her and hear this story. Subsequently, no solution is presented. We agree that I will pay for the two consultations, which I have done (even though these consultations have not benefited me now) and she will pay the cost of the injection service. The invoice comes from the injection service, and again I cannot get hold of Yolanda for reimbursing the invoice. I have now been 3 weeks further without answering my voicemails and emails. Please get a solution as soon as possible, Yolanda. Thanks in advance.

When I arrived, the first thing she said was exactly that, so she knew beforehand. I'm a poor student and never received any money back for my 80€ 45 minute appointment. It wasn't worth it at all since everything she told me I could've watched or read on the Internet, too, if I hadn't known most of it already...
