Middels handje contantje probeert hij zijn geld zo te krijgen. Evident clandestiene praktijken. Verwerpelijke handelwijze, gebruikmakend van de overbelaste woningmarkt. P.s. Kalinka werkt daar, grappig dat zij een 5 sterrenreview afgeeft... This crook asks for brokerage costs to the tenant (where these were also charged to the landlord) which are prohibited by law. De vrouw in kwestie was zeer vriendelijk en heeft mij goed begeleid bij het vinden van een woning. Alles ging vlot en ook na de incheck kon ik terecht met vragen. Al met al ben ik zeer tevreden en raad ik iedereen Different Vastgoed aan. I recently rented a house through Different Vastgoed and I am very satisfied. Ze laten verhuurder vervolgens niet weten dat ze ook aan huurder kosten in rekening brengen (het is immers illegaal om dit te doen...) alles handje contantje en zonder kwitantje natuurlijk Ze zijn bovendien niet op de hoogte van de rechten van een huurder (het maandelijks kunnen opzeggen bij een tijdelijk huurcontract door huurder maar niet door verhuurder) of doen alsof dit niet waar is. Ze geven hierover misleidende informatie aan de verhuurder waardoor deze voor aap komt te staan als de huurder alsnog eerder wil opzeggen. Ze maken, kortom, misbruik van een oververhitte woningmarkt voor het eigen gewin. Smaakloos en immoreel. Ik zou absoluut adviseren nooit met Kalinka of Gery in zee te gaan.
