★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I'm quite skeptical of these other reviews that claim Digital License is a scam. It just doesn't make any sense. I've had top service both times I dealt with them.
I am so impressed I don't know where to begin. I've bought a couple of product keys here. The first one didn't give me any problems. The second key was good but windows was causing a problem with it.
So I start a chat with John in support. He took over with teamviewer and did some computer wizardry and fixed a problem with my windows. And was friendly and patient the whole time.
I will only use Digital License for any future product upgrades or key purchases.
Anyway, don't hesitate to be a customer. The service is 5 star. And, Thanks again to John in support, you were fantastic!

Contacted the support team who via TeamViewer via remote access , before my very eyes and it was all done in a flash. Brilliant Support. If I new what he did I would tell you, but was giddy by the end. Great Support. Great Job. Brilliant, Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a licence for Office 2019 which was instantly sent to my email inbox. After selecting English x32 version the software attempted to download but my laptop kept on blocking this. I suspected it was my firewall settings but didn't have the knowledge to continue so I sent a reply email to the Product Key email and, again, almost instantly I received a reply back. Basically from there the folks took over my computer screen (after I was sent the download link to do this) after agreeing to allow it. I watched them play around with system settings/stop windows defender etc and they then started off the software download. Brilliant! All installed, all working and cheap as chips...less than £17 for Office 2019 Home & Business. Professional invoice sent to email inbox. Very happy customer and highly recommend. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top service. I had an issue with my laptop for months, I relied on this company by a friend's suggestion and they were able to help me promptly and cheaply. I couldn't install Windows 10 on my own, I reached to customer service and have been followed by John, who installed the activation key from remote and then went the extra mile making time to fix a later found system corruption not related to my purchase on Digital License which was preventing me from running certain programs with a lot of determination as this seemed to be an unusual problem.
I leave a very happy customer who will recommend the company after receiving professional help.
