★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and sarcastic assistants. Sorry for asking questions while not fully functional. I didn't know seizures and Neurological issues took breaks on weekend. You are the hospitals neurological department. Have a little bit of patients. All i asked was is Saturday possible..you have to answer "WAT DENK JE ZELF?! Do you?! Thanks for nothing you moody woman! I just had a seizure sorry im not on your level of non compassion, NURSE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hospital just for checking whether my insurance is applicable or not as i had mild ear pain, the receptionist helped me to get emergency appointment. registration etc, staff are very good and help full and language was not a barrier as i do not know dutch, very satisfied with treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who has direct connection to this place added tot Google and has direct connection to Google client manager, quickly add the damn direction button so that you get navigation exactly to there front door and close to there parking facilities!!!! Tried to add suggestions to the name but no option for the exact location!
Beside crucial info I've written above. The Hospital is good and friendly overall. Good care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted into the SEH last Friday. The nurse collapsed my vein while trying to take a blood sample! I had never had this to happen ever in my life. Make sure your nurses are well trained before putting them to work! This is not professional at all. Said "nurse" was totally unapologetic about it and acted like it wasn't a big deal. This is basically internal bleeding. That kind of mistakes shouldn't be made, not in a decent hospital at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my son had an emergency wrist surgery at Westfriesgasthuis, the Dr's and staff were amazing. Dutch is not my first language and the entire transaction and surgery was provided in English. They made my son and my family feel very comfortable during a very stressful time. I cannot rate this provider high enough.
