★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onprofessioneel! Afspraak gemaakt om auto te bekijken. Auto zou dealer-onderhouden zijn. Bij aankomst (3 uur na maken afspraak) bleek de sleutel zoek te zijn. Lang moeten wachten. Na proefrit geconstateerde gebreken aangegeven (los ruitensproeierslangetje en wat speling op wiel rechtsvoor) en geïnformeerd naar wanneer de distributieriem vervangen was? Dat bleek 12 jaar (!) niet te zijn gebeurd. Vervolgens werden we afgeblaft met: prijs is voor zo meenemen en anders maar niet hoor. En toen wij zeiden, nou het is voor ons veel geld, werden we weer afgeblaft met: voor mij is het net zoveel geld! Pardon? We zijn niet eens tot een gesprek gekomen door deze botte reacties. We zijn weggelopen, terwijl we echt interesse hadden ... Nooit meer!
Very Unprofessional! Made an appointment to view the car. Car would be dealer-maintained. On arrival (3 hours after making an appointment) the key turned out to be lost. Long wait. Defects found after a test drive (loose windscreen washer hose and some play on the right front wheel) and informed about when the timing belt was replaced? That turned out not to have happened for 12 years (!). Then we were barked with: price is for so take and otherwise but not. And when we said, well it is a lot of money for us, we were barked again with: for me it is just as much money! Excuse me? We didn't even get into conversation because of these blunt responses. We walked away while we were really interested ... Never again!

I bought a car here. The way they deal with customers is very professional. Friendly people. Car not expensive. Highly recommended.

Am ajuns, după 400 km de condus, sa cumpăr o mașină SH de la ei. Au spus ca este târziu și să rămână pe a 2 a zi tranzacția și actele. Și peste noapte au vândut altuia mașina. Apoi nu au mai răspuns la telefon și la mesaje. Foarte dezamăgit. Nu recomand!!!
Unprofessionalism
I arrived, after 400 km of driving, to buy a SH car from them. They said it was too late and that the transaction and the documents should remain on the 2nd day. And overnight they sold someone else's car. Then they stopped answering the phone and texting. Very disappointed. I do not recommend!!!
