★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I am a Dutch resident, I pay taxes in NL only and have a dutch bank account, hey told me they needed a creditcard because I have no Dutch passport. These people are discriminating other EU citizens. It makes no sense anyway as they ask for a deposit that you can pay with debit card, which makes you think they need your CC for other reasons. Which are they?. Just go rent to other companies not requiring cc if you pay a deposit/own risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived they handled everything swiftly and professionally. They were also very kind, and offered us some cake. (Apparently during Christmas they get stuffed with so much food that they can't handle it without sharing with the customers)
Car was upgraded at no added cost because the old one was not available.
We were also allowed to return the car a few minutes after closing time.
Overall, a great experience.

We rented a van for the day for, to be fair, a reasonable price. The staff were prompt and helpful and it was returned in the evening. There was a scratch on the side admittedly and I was happy to pay some additional costs to support this.
