★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: Apparently they updated their reservation system. But I give 4 stars as they've called me personally to apologise and offer me help / discount in the future. Thanks Dillon for the great customer treatment, appreciate it. I'll change my review to 5 stars when I'v received the help, which might be very soon as I have to move again ;)
Made a reservation on their website.
Reservation was shown on their website when logged in.
Even had a pdf with reservation number.
After waiting 1 hour in their office as they manually need to process each person for renting a car on old systems...
... they told me they had no more vans for me.
Thanks for waisting my time.
Tip: invest in your automation processes.
P.s. People in the office are working hard and remain friendly, so it's not their fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Everything went pretty smoothly, but the customer service is incredibly low. The guy was basically eating a sandwich when he talked to us. He was very rude and kind of annoyed and did not bother to explain us anything.
We certainly won’t come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a van on 15 Jan 2021 in Amstelveen Spinnerij. The operator who was conducting the renting operations at the desk forgot to ask me the bank account number where the deposit amount must return back once the renting is over.
I waited for 1 entire week an after that I called the contact center and the operator told me that he forgot. Then the new operator asked me the back account and he entered manually in the systems and he made a typo and the money came back again to Diks. Today I called again to have the money back and I have still to wait. That's not acceptable in 2021 stil entering certain sensitive information manually in the systems. I will not use this company anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a same day reservation, everything ran smoothly. No nonsense mentality, no extra insurances, upgrades etc. Dropped the car late at night when the shop was closed, invoice etc all arrived early the next morning. I will be hiring a car here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dependance "Amsterdam Zuid" is in a small street from where you easily access the highway. Cheapest I could find to move my household 1500 km away to italy. I could get the van 1 day before if it was available and it was. A 15m2 Mercedes sprinter automatic van, who drove like a spinning cat.
The staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
After the journey, 2 things where for me good to know, first before you leave, understand the knob of the automatic gear that also can switch to manual gear. Secondly how to use the multifunctional poke for wipers, light etc.
