★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik raad dit bedrijf af. Kocht een nieuw bed, alles goed en wel. Ook bezorgkosten geaccepteerd, ondanks dat bij zo goed als alle bedrijven kosteloos is. Toen het bed aankwam en ik hem opende bleek die op verschillende zijdes krassen en deuken te hebben. Moest ze de foto's mailen. De eigenaar antwoorde dat deze ontstaan tijdens 'het monteren' in hun werkplaats en er niks aan te doen valt. Volgens hem zou ik daar niet over mogen klagen. Kennelijk lag het probleem bij mij. Hij voegde eraan toe dat hij geen ander bed kon geven want letterlijk al zijn bedden zouden dergelijke schade hebben. Ongelooflijk dat hij deed alsof dat normaal was. Het is toch geen tweedehandshandel.
Ik zei dan moet je iets met de prijs doen, maar wilde hij niet. Had naar eigen zeggen al een goede prijs gegeven. Toen zei ik dan kom hem maar ophalen zei die dat dat misschien wel een maand kan duren. Heel arrogant en venijnig deed die. Heb ondanks zijn hoogmoedig gepraat nu al weken niks gehoord, en ben de hoop ook verloren. Erg veel spijt van mijn aankoop.
I do not recommend this company. Bought a new bed, all well and good. Delivery costs are also accepted, although it is free of charge at almost all companies. When the bed arrived and I opened it, it turned out to have scratches and dents on several sides. She had to email the photos. The owner replied that these arise during 'assembly' in their workshop and nothing can be done about it. According to him I should not complain about that. Apparently the problem was with me. He added that he could not provide another bed as literally all of his beds would have such damage. I can't believe he pretended that was normal. It is not a second-hand trade after all.
I said you have to do something with the price, but he didn't want to. In his own words had already given a good price. Then I said come and pick him up, he said that it might take a month. He was very arrogant and vicious. Despite his arrogant talk, haven't heard anything for weeks now, and I've lost hope. Very sorry about my purchase.
