★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an industrial night stand here on October 8, with the website saying the delivery time would be between 2-5 work days. A couple of days later, I looked at the website and saw that the delivery time had changed to 8 weeks instead. I had to contact Dimehouse myself, to ask when it would be delivered since I hadn’t heard anything from them about the change in delivery time. They then told me it would unfortunately indeed take 8 weeks, but they would get it back in stock 15-12-2021. Not what I expected, but I really liked the night stand so decided to wait until the 15th of December. On 20-12-2021 I hadn’t heard anything from them still about the delivery, so I contacted them myself again over email, and twice by phone (because a promised phone call back with an update never happened). They then informed me that they still didn’t have the night stand, and I had to wait another 7 weeks (so until half of February at least)... I then decided to request a refund and go buy somewhere else because I waisted more than 8 weeks for a product to never be delivered. I would not recommend ordering here.
