He was quickly available for the job.
He discussed everything upfront, and what the costs would be.
If he is running late from a previous job, he'll inform you on time, which was very handy.
This time, the job wasn't too big (rerouting the washing machine tap + inserting a T-joint), but I'll definitely ask him again next time!

While working, he recognized a leak in the boiler so we also asked him to repair that. I would recommend this business overall. He does a decent job.
