Podotherapeut had nov 2020 toegezegd dat factuur zsm doch voor eind dec 2020 zou worden toegestuurd, zodat wij voor 31-12-2020 betaling kunnen afhandelen. 29/12/2020: ondanks diverse toezeggingen in de afgelopen weken nog geen factuur van Direct Pay ontvangen. Podotherapeut gebeld: heeft actie ondernomen richting Direct Pay.
Reactie Direct Pay; Wij hebben de factuur zowel online als fysiek 14/12 verstuurd. Particulier: Fysiek (per post) niets ontvangen. Online (e-mail) niets ontvangen, ook niet in spambox. Direct Pay zal factuur opnieuwe versturen voor 30-12. 30-12 (vandaag) niets ontvangen, ook niet op e-mail adres van partner. Direct Pay gebeld: Inmiddels 20 minuten aan de lijn na het keuzemenu doorlopen te hebben. Op website staat vermeld dat bedrijf tot 17.00 uur open is. Keuzenummer 1: dienstverlening is uitbesteed aan partner 'web..'???), te bereiken tot 12.30 uur. Omdat het 13.30 uur is gaat dit vandaag niet lukken dus opnieuw keuzemenu.
Keuzenummer 4: 'voor alle overige vragen blijft u aan de lijn'.
Inmiddels 30 minuten aan de lijn bij keuze 4, en hoor alleen maar een bandje die non stop dezelfde keuzenummers verduidelijkt maar niet overschakelt naar een medewerker, noch dat je zicht hebt hoeveel wachtenden er nog voor mij zijn. 'wij wijzen erop dat dit gesprek kan worden opgenomen voor training- of bewijsdoeleinden'. Bijzonder: want er kunnen op deze manier helemaal geen gesprekken worden gevoerd.
Wat een service, waardeloos
 Podiatrist has outsourced billing to Direct Pay Services.
Podiatrist had promised in Nov 2020 that the invoice would be sent asap but before the end of Dec 2020, so that we can process payment before 31-12-2020. 29/12/2020: Despite various promises, no invoice from Direct Pay has been received yet. Called a podiatrist: has taken action towards Direct Pay.
Response Direct Pay; We have sent the invoice both online and physically on 14/12. Private: Did not receive anything physically (by mail). Received nothing online (e-mail), not even in spam box. Direct Pay will resend the invoice before 12/30. 30-12 (today) received nothing, not even to the e-mail address of the partner. Called Direct Pay: On the line for 20 minutes after going through the options menu. The website states that the company is open until 5 p.m. Option number 1: service is outsourced to partner 'web ..' ???), accessible until 12.30 pm. Because it is 1.30 pm, this is not going to work today, so again choice menu.
Choice number 4: 'For all other questions, please remain on the line'.
Now on the line for 30 minutes at choice 4, and you only hear a tape that clarifies the same option numbers non-stop but does not switch to an employee, nor that you can see how many people waiting there are still for me. "Please note that this conversation may be recorded for training or evidence purposes". Special: because no conversations can be conducted in this way.

β β β β β Krijg nog een rekening van 2012. Was β¬75,85 en is nu door hun β¬ 130 euro. Kan me niets herinneringen dat ik nog iets open had staan.
Heb nooit brieven gehad. Alleen maar dreig mails van hun. Slaat nergens op. Mijn advocaat zei , dat het zo ie zo verjaard is. Ik vindt dit een zeer onbeschofte incasso bureau om mij zo te behandelen , en te benaderen. Laat het maar voorkomen bij de rechter !!.
Nu niets zeggen, dat ik contact met julie op moet nemen. Dat heb ik al meerdere keren gedaan.
Ik wacht wel op de zittingsdatum.

Never had letters. Only threatening emails from them. Does not make any sense. My lawyer said it is so out of date. I think this is a very rude debt collection agency to treat and approach me like that. Let it occur to the judge !!.
Now don't say anything to get in touch with you. I have already done that several times.
I'll wait for the hearing date.

Never heard of it until I got a letter through bailiff. Seems that direct pay itself doesn't handle anything

β β β β β Verschrikkelijk crimineel bedrijf. Geen reactie op mails, telefoontjes worden niet beantwoord. Weten je wel te vinden als ze overgaan tot beslag op loon. In eerdere stadia hoor je ze niet. Loonbeslag van ruim β¬700 op een hoofdsom van β¬63. Deze mensen moeten voorkomen. Belachelijke criminele organisatie.
Terrible criminal company. No response to emails, phone calls are not answered. Know where to find you if they proceed to garnishment of wages. In earlier stages you don't hear them. Wage garnishment of over β¬700 on a principal of β¬63. These people must avoid. Ridiculous criminal organization.

Doen niet wat ze horen te doen en aan de telefoon alleen maar smoesjes en na een jaar is er van hun kant niks geregeld.
Als ze denken dat ze wat van je te vorderen hebben dan kunnen ze snel zijn maar andersom kun je jaren wachten.
Z'n organisatie zou verboden moeten worden!
They are scammers!
Don't do what they're supposed to do and only make excuses on the phone and after a year nothing has been arranged from their side.
If they think they have something to claim from you then they can be fast but the other way around you can wait for years.

β β β β β Direct pay is simply interested in poaching money for their clients. Basically, their client simply has to ask directpay to recover money without any proof and the onus of providing proof (that I do not owe their client anything) lies on my shoulders. If I make an argument, I have to substantiate it with a document but their client can simply make a statement and directpay will take their word as the word of god. In future, i would like to make sure that directpay is not involved in any of my transactions.
