★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben het afgelopen jaar, 6 medewerkers van dochterbedrijf Directschoon zien komen en vertrekken. Schoonmaakwerk is ver onder de maat en schoonmakers die niet de afgesproken uren vervullen. Klachten worden niet adequaat opgepakt door de klantenservice en als je een ontbinding van je contract wil omdat Directschoon niet in staat is om de dienst te leveren die het beloofd, wordt je simpelweg aangegeven dat je contractsduur gewoon doorloopt en je moet doorbetalen... werkelijk waar ongehoord en een schande voor de term dienstverlening.
 In the past year, we have seen 6 employees of daughter company Directschoon come and leave. Cleaning work is far below par and cleaners who do not fulfill the agreed hours. Complaints are not handled adequately by customer service and if you want a termination of your contract because Immediately clean is unable to deliver the service it promises, you are simply indicated that your contract duration continues and you have to continue to pay ... really true unheard of and a shame for the term service.
