β β β β β One of the cheapest supermarket in the city.
Fresh and quality vegetables, fruits and dairy products are available.

β β β β β Would highly recommend checking this place out just for the muffins and nothing else.
Big, cheap and the staff that are supposed to stock up the shelves aren't really paying attention to the expiration dates of the products. Cashiers are a bit grumpy at times too. But they do have very tasty muffins which is a huge plus. Would be 2 stars at best if it wasn't for the muffins they're selling here.

β β β β β The cashier asked us to show our backpacks on the counter. When I asked her why you didn't ask us to show our backpack in the entrance she was saying that it is the rule etc. You can't ask to the people open the backpacks. It is an accusation with theft. I will never buy from Dirk anymore. It is just an humilitation.

β β β β β Typically Dutch solution: to have two mediocre badly organized supermarkets back to back (thereβs a very poky, dark and dismal Albert Heyn round the corner) instead of one decent sized one where the layout could actually be customer friendly. Quantity over quality. And whatβs with the third degree cross examination at the till?

β β β β β Very packed, nobody seems to care for the chaos. Besides just too small for the amount of people that shop there. Also no self scan cash desks. But besides it's a Dirk with all the typical products, what more am I supposed to say.

β β β β β Small, convenient store. Bit on the old side. Perfect for a quick stop.

β β β β β Really annoying each time you go shop there and you have a little bag or a backpack they want to go in your bag and see all your personal things really uncomfortable that they do this, hire security and stop making clients feel so uncomfortable !!!sometimes there products are spoilage and there workers do not take it from the shelf.also they need to train the workers so they know untill when the offers are because I asked a worker .if the offers are till Sunday to buy the product the next day and when I came Sunday all the offer was till Saturday. I would recommend go to Jumbo or lidl cheaper ,beter customer service and fresh products

β β β β β At the checkout I was asked if I had put all the groceries on the belt?! The staff asked me to show my backpack. Of course, you only ask this if you're sure someone has stolen something. It's just an accusation. Therefore, they automatically assume that all customers are thieves.
The supervisor told me that this is the rule of the house!!! He also said to fill a complaint form online but their plan of action would be him calling me back (what it means that there would be no solution). Good to know to DON'T COME BACK IN ANY OF THE DIRK STORES.
