M	Maarten Braspenning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirkzwager heeft de renovatie van de douchd en asbest gedaan , het was al een verademing dat de voertaal Nederlands was , er werd netjes gewerkt , ook de omgang met de werknemers was uitstekend , met als uitschieter de uitvoerder (geert/gerrit) een man die zich in leefde met bewoners, een dikke pluim!!!!!! Dirkzwager has done the renovation of the douchd and asbestos, it was already a relief that the working language was Dutch, the work was done neatly, the interaction with the employees was also excellent, with the foreman (geert / gerrit) as an exception, a man who in lived with residents, a big compliment !!!!!!
S	Sabine Piccolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verschrikkelijke communicatie, wordt niks door de aannemer (Tom van Dirkzwagergroep) gecontroleerd en zit nu na 7 maanden nog met een kapotte badkamer door hun nalatigheid. Maar bedankt voor de afkoop met een vvv bon ter waarde van 20 euro. (door de brievenbus gedouwd en niet even een persoonlijk contact) vandaag wordt na 7 maanden door een ander bedrijf eindelijk mijn badkamer gefixt maar het is toch eigenlijk te belachelijk voor woorden dat ze er zo makkelijk mee weg komen! Al met al een hele nare slechte ervaring rijker. :( groet, Sabine Piccolo Terrible communication, nothing is checked by the contractor (Tom van Dirkzwagergroep) and after 7 months still has a broken bathroom due to their negligence. But thanks for the redemption with a vvv voucher worth 20 euros. (pushed through the letterbox and not just a personal contact) Today, after 7 months, another company finally fixes my bathroom, but it is actually too ridiculous for words that they get away with it so easily! Gelikte brochures (milieuonvriendelijk en i.m.o. dus niet meer van deze tijd) en een brief die de datum van de werkzaamheden aankondigde, maar belangrijke informatie, zoals dat niet in het Nederlands communicerende bouwvakkers je hele toegang tot het pand het gehele weekend zullen versperren met bouwmateriaal werd er niet bijgezegd. Na navraag bij gemeente Amsterdam bleek hier geen vergunning voor te zijn (al kon de gemeente zelf er volgens eigen zeggen niets aan doen). Het bouwbedrijf zelf reageerde niet adequaat op de mailcommunicatie, nadat ik had gebeld en de receptioniste aangaf dat ze "er helemaal niks vanaf wist" en we mailcontact overeen waren gekomen. Dit is voor mij geregeld via de woningbouw, maar ik zal niet snel voor dit bedrijf gaan. Bijgevoegde foto's van de versperring van het merendeel van de stoep en de gehele oprit. Vague company, unclear communication. Slick brochures (environmentally unfriendly and therefore no longer of this time) and a letter announcing the date of the work, but important information, such that construction workers who are not communicating in Dutch will block your entire access to the building with building material throughout the weekend not mentioned. After inquiring with the municipality of Amsterdam it turned out that there was no permit for this (although the municipality itself could not help it).
