However website and synchronization with database could use a lot of work. Ordered a table with delivery time indicated 3-5 days. After a week I called and turns out it was actually sold out and now I need to wait another month before it can be delivered. I would expect an email to at least update me about this and not have to chase after it myself.

I have ordered an office table in December 2020. It took almost one month to be delivered.
However the table was delivered "naked". And with the instruction, it can not be installed due to the un-matched parts of the table. Then it took almost another month to return, still not solved. Very painful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review edited and updated. Initially customer service did not want to help me after reporting a box had arrived with a bad defect. Even after pointing out to the service desk that they were obligated by law and linking the government website.
After leaving a one star review I was requested my order number, which I provided and the next day I received an email stating I would receive a replacement box. The replacement box arrived the next day.
I am still waiting for 2 more items which turned out to be in back order (it has been over 3 weeks, but they did mail updates or gave the option to get my money back for the missing pieces.
Old edit to respond to reply: My ordernumber is ORD1314777, your customer service however, refuses to do anything (as stated above).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star rating is purely because of the customer service since I never received the products I ordered. I assume the courier is at fault here, but I had to email this company and then get referred to a form and filled in a detailed description. After receiving no response. I chased them up on it again and eventually got a generic reply that they can’t help me because the time has passed for them to investigate the issue (24h after expected delivery). So in the end I lost my money, no products and wasted time dealing with the customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was processed and exectuted quickly. Getting the shipment to my home proved to be difficult. The external party used for bulk has not track & trace or time indication. They tried to deliver at the wrong adres and communication was just very poor. Communication with Discountoffice itself was excellent and they really tried to help resolving, therefore 4 stars.
