★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastische service van vriendelijk personeel. Elders hadden wij een elektronisch kattenluik besteld. Toen het gat eenmaal in de muur zat en we konden meten hoe dik het was bleken we een verlengstuk voor de tunnel nodig te hebben. Deze was nergens op voorraad, best onhandig met het koude weer. De manager (?) van dit filiaal is met een voor ons fantastische oplossing gekomen waardoor het voor ons meteen dezelfde dag opgelost was en hij zelf een nalevering krijgt. Heel blij mee!
 Fantastic service from friendly staff. Elsewhere we had ordered an electronic cat flap. Once the hole was in the wall and we could measure how thick it was, it turned out that we needed an extension for the tunnel. This one was out of stock, quite inconvenient with the cold weather. The manager (?) of this branch came up with a fantastic solution for us, so that it was solved for us the same day and he gets a back-up himself. Very happy with it!
