★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dizyn vloeren, tsja. Waar te beginnen behalve dat wij er geen goed woord over te spreken hebben. Goedkoop is duurkoop, dat blijkt wel weer. Vol miscommunicaties en slechte service. Hadden we dit maar eerder geweten. Uiteindelijk kwam de vloer, onaangekondigd, veel sneller dan afgesproken. Wij hebben dan ook de vloer geweigerd aan de deur. De manier hoe dit bedrijf hierna heeft gehandeld (met belachelijk vaak achter elkaar bellen en berichten, en dan hebben we het nog niet over de manier waarop), is ronduit schandalig. Wij hebben op meerdere manieren geprobeerd eruit te komen met hun, maar na alles wat hier gebeurd, en hun manier van "klantvriendelijkheid", wensen wij geen enkele zaken meer te doen met ze. Grappig ook dat ze bij klachten op de site vermelden dat je naar webkeur moet gaan. Terwijl ze achteraf zeggen dat webkeur alleen is als je online besteld, wat bij hun niet eens kan. De rekening van 350 euro (!!) transportkosten betalen we voor nu, maar daarmee is het nog niet klaar. Wat hun doen klopt niet, en mag zo niet, maar dat heb ik verder aan juristen overgelaten. Ik zou zeker even ergens anders gaan kijken voor een vloer. Dit bedrijf moet nog veel leren.
Dizyn floors, well. Where to begin except we don't have a good word to say about it. Cheap is expensive, as it turns out. Full of miscommunications and bad service. If only we had known this sooner. In the end, the floor came, unannounced, much sooner than agreed. We therefore refused the floor at the door. The way this company has acted after this (with ridiculously frequent calls and messages, not to mention how) is downright outrageous. We've tried several ways to get it out with them, but after everything that's happened here, and their "customer friendliness" way, we don't want to do any business with them anymore. It's also funny that they mention that you have to go to webkeur in the event of complaints on the site. While afterwards they say that webkeur is only available if you order online, which is not even possible with them. We pay the bill of 350 euros (!!) transport costs for now, but that is not the end of it. What they do is not right, and that is not allowed, but I have left that to lawyers. I would definitely look elsewhere for a floor. This company still has a lot to learn.
