★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks dat we de avond ervoor nog hebben nagevraagd wanneer de steiger geplaatst zou worden (in de ochtend), is DMB op de dag zelf niet komen opdagen en heeft in de dagen erna ook helemaal niets van zich laten horen. Meerdere malen/dagen gebeld, voicemail ingesproken en gemaild om opheldering, maar DMB is niet bereikbaar en geeft geen reactie. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. Samengevat: Onprofessioneel, ongeïnteresseerd en onbeschoft, we hebben een andere steigerbouwer ingehuurd.
Despite the fact that we checked the night before when the jetty was to be placed (in the morning), DMB did not show up on the day itself and did not hear anything in the days after. Called several times / days, voicemail and voice mailed for clarification, but DMB is not available and does not respond. You don't deal with customers that way. In summary: Unprofessional, disinterested and rude, we hired another scaffolder.
