Terms of Use dogNL Online
Before purchasing any of the digital products, programs, and services, please read these Terms of Use carefully.

By accessing the website pages of dogNL Online, any digital course content, Products, Programs or Services you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. By enrolling with us and using any of our digital programs, products, and services you agree to and will voluntarily waive certain legal rights when it comes to any disputes. All disputes will be conducted on a case by cases basis using arbitration rather than courts and juries. You further agree to the limited available rectifications.

Purchases and Online Commerce
If paying by debit card, or credit card, or PayPal you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Product, Program, Service, and content without any additional authorization. You will receive an electronic receipt in return.

In the event that payment is not received by the date due, you will have a fourteen (14) day grace period to make the payment otherwise the Products, Programs, Services, and content will not be accessible and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently.

If you fail to make payment in a timely manner in accordance with these Terms of Use or voluntarily decide to withdraw from our Programs, Products or Services at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Products and/or Services.

If you make a purchase from one of our affiliates, you understand that your information may be shared with them, their Merchants Services, or any other individual or company through a link provided. Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any affiliate, individual or company on or through our Products, Programs or Services, and all purchase terms, conditions, representations or warranties associated with the payment, refunds, and/or delivery related to your purchase, are solely between you and the Merchant. Refund Policy
Courses eligible for a refund will be indicated on the terms and conditions you agree to prior to purchasing the course, product, or service. We do not give out “buyer’s remorse” refunds.

Our course (program) is committed to your success and we expect the same commitment from you as you train your (puppy)dog. If you enroll in one of the online courses, do the assigned work, and don’t get results, we will provide a refund.

**Students must show video proof that they are doing the work to train their (puppy)dog and seeking support for a refund to be considered. An offboarding call is required when dropping out of the program.

By using and/or purchasing any of our Products, Programs, Services, or content, you understand and agree to this refund policy

Passwords
Username and passwords are automatically generated for any courses that you purchase.  We do not have access to view or modify your password for security reasons. You will be authorized to modify your password anytime under your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are responsible for all activities (whether by you or by others) that occur under your password or account. You are not authorized to share your username and/or password with anyone.

Use License
Our Products, Programs, and Services and all the content are our property and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The content in our Products, Programs, and Services is solely owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise indicated. This content includes, but is not limited to, appearance and look, the design, the layout, all graphics on any of our content or any other material available to you. Copying or reproducing any of the materials, designs, graphics is prohibited.

If you purchase or access any of our content you will be considered our Licensee. Any content obtained through us is considered our property and you have purchased access to license our property for personal use without the opportunity to transfer the license. You are not authorized to use our Products, Programs, Services, or content in any manner that has not been authorized by us or aggregates and infringement of our rights in any manner.
