S	S. Bosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte zaak, helemaal niet goedkoper dan online, voor 3 kleur en 1 zwarte cartridges waren we bijna €50 kwijt! Terwijl je online voor €20 al klaar bent! En ja dit zijn de grote xl cartridges! Jullie geven 1, de verkeerde cartridges mee en 2, doen niet aan geld terug, dit staat NIET op de bon!!! Oh, en dan bel je netjes op met een klacht, word er steeds door je heen gepraat en boos tegen je gedaan! Very bad thing, not cheaper at all than online, for 3 color and 1 black cartridges we lost almost € 50! While you are ready online for € 20! And yes these are the big xl cartridges! You give 1, the wrong cartridges and 2, do not give money back, this is NOT on the receipt !!! Oh, and then you call up nicely with a complaint, you are always talked through and angry with you!

Eerst krijgen we te horen dat niet lukte om deze te laten vullen en we hebben dus nieuwe cartridges gekocht. Eenmaal bij thuiskomst blijkt dat een van de cartridges niet van het juiste type was, ondanks dat we de originele cartridges bij ons hadden en het typenummer van de printer doorgegeven hadden. The prices of the cartridges are on the high side. We came specially with the old original cartridges to have it filled. First we are told that it was not possible to have it filled and so we bought new cartridges. When we return home, it appears that one of the cartridges was not of the right type, despite the fact that we had the original cartridges with us and provided the type number of the printer.

Ze hebben mijn printer weer aan de praat gekregen en het was gewoon gratis. Echt een geweldige winkel ! Het scheelt heel veel geld dat navullen en het werkt prima. Professional cartridge filling. Daarnaast heeft hij mij ook geholpen met mijn printer, toen mijn printer het niet meer deed. Ik mocht zelfs mijn printer buiten kantoor uren komen ophalen. N	Nox Night on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een goeie winkel. De goedkope inkt cartridges die ik via het internet had gekocht deden het niet. Nieuwe gekocht in deze winkel en ze werkten perfect. En ze zijn nog na te vullen ook dus nog goedkoper ! Ik zou iedereen aanraden hier nieuwe cartridges te kopen. Goede bediening en echt goed adviezen. A really good shop. The cheap ink cartridges that I bought on the internet did not work. Bought new ones from this store and they worked perfectly. And they can still be refilled, which makes them even cheaper! I would advise everyone to buy new cartridges here. Good service and really good advice.

Ik had met spoed een cartridge nodig omdat een die ik verwisselde stuk was gegaan, ik nog 50 blz in kleur moest uitprinten en was nog nooit bij Dr.Inkt geweest. Ik belde 5 voor 6 en was 20 min rijden bij hem vandaan. Ze sluiten normaal om 18.00 uur maar hij is op me blijven wachten en heeft me uit de brand gered. Super service. I urgently needed a cartridge because one I swapped had broken, I had to print another 50 pages in color and had never been to Dr. Ink. I called 5 to 6 and was 20 minutes away from him. They normally close at 6pm but he kept waiting for me and saved me from the fire.

C	C P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged €69 for 4 "Second Life" life cartridges. Guy in the shop said it is cheaper than the original, but just checked that original cartridges are €65 with free shipping. The ones I bought are sold for less than 50% of my purchasing price. Now I feel kind of dumb to not have done my research better and bike to a local shop in the rain and did not receive a receipt. We use to go to PrintPaleis on the havenstraat, but unfortunately they are not operating anymore. Financially it is cheaper to buy cartridges online. Bought 123 cartridges before, but the software rejected the cartridges after a while. Will need to see if this one holds up, probably will buy originals the next time for this price.
