★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لقد كنا هناك حيث كان الدكتور Glastra van Loon لطيفا جدا وقام بمساعدة ابنتي Eileen , حيث كان لطيفا هو ومساعدته ،لكننا تعرضنا لموقف هناك ،قام الدكتور باعطائها وصفة دواء ولكن الصيدلانية المناوبة قالت لنا أنها لا تستطيع ان تعطينا الدواء لأنها تأخرت في الذهاب إلى منزلها،وقالت يجب أن تذهبوا إلى مشفى ليواردن،لكن الدكتور Glastra van Loon اعترض على هذا التصرف، وطلب من الصيدلانية اعطاء الدواء لأبنتي الصغيرة وطلب منها مساعدتنا،ونحن نود شكر الدكتور على المساعدة وحسن الأستقبال ونود أن نقول له شكرا.
We were there where Dr. Glastra van Loon was very nice and helped my daughter Eileen, he was so kind and help him, but we had a situation there, the doctor gave her a prescription but the pharmacist on duty told us she couldn't give us the medicine because she was late to go home, She said you should go to Leeuwarden Hospital, but Dr. Glastra van Loon objected to this behavior, and asked the pharmacist to give medicine to my young daughter and asked her to help us, and we would like to thank the doctor for the help and good reception and we would like to say thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meer dan 1 uur gewacht en er wordt niet opgenomen. Dit is niet te geloven, wat slecht en gaat al jaren zo. Een dikke onvoldoende.
Waited more than 1 hour and no answer. This is unbelievable, how bad and has been going on for years. A big fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht bereikbaar. Hangen al langer dan uur in de wacht. Het bandje geeft ook niet aan hoeveel wachtende voor je aan de lijn hangen.
Very poorly accessible. Have been on hold for over an hour. The strap also does not indicate how many people are waiting on the line in front of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren als Touristen im Landalpark und unser Kind (1 Jahr) fieberte seit zwei Tagen. Wir sind Samstags um 21 Uhr hin. Unsere Deutsche Krankenkarte (TK) wurde angenommen. Alle waren sehr freundlich, wir kamen sofort dran. Die Ärztin war sehr freundlich und einfühlsam. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für die schnelle Hilfe.
We were tourists in Landalpark and our child (1 year) was feverish for two days. We are Saturday at 21 clock. Our German health card (TK) was accepted. Everyone was very friendly, we came immediately. The doctor was very friendly and sensitive. We recommend. Thanks for the quick help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onnodig lange telefonische wachttijden. 9 van de 10 keer krijg je niemand aan de lijn. Hierdoor kun je dus ook geen afspraak maken wanneer dit wel erg nodig is..
Unnecessarily long telephone waiting times. 9 times out of 10 you will not get anyone on the phone. This means you can't make an appointment when it's really necessary.
