★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited about five Hunebedden near Emmen by walking between them. Many people ride bicycles instead. It is a lovely way to pass the day alone or with friends. This particular Hunebedden was damaged and there was litter from a small party. May all visitors respect a burial place of our ancestors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a ancient collection of stones. It's local history and it's nice to consider how they moved those stones back in the day but it's grandeur is limited. The walks in the forest and nature nearby is way more fun than the stones themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, big hunebed surrounded by a nice little forest. Unfortunately the Hunebed got damaged by vandals a few years ago, but that got repaired quite nicely.
Do be polite and don't climb on top of it; it's still a memorial place...
