★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kocht verf, oudwit plus matlak voor de keuken, na half jaar is hout vergeeld, komt omdat het hout bloed was de reactie, hoe kan het dan dat de binnenkant van de kastjes wel wit blijven....door schoonmaken...ja hoor de buitenkant maak ik schoon en de binnenkant niet. Ben absoluut niet blij met m'n aankoop en de antwoorden.
Bought paint, old white plus matte lacquer for the kitchen, after half a year wood is yellowed, it is because the wood was blood the reaction, how is it possible that the inside of the cabinets remain white .... by cleaning ... yes I clean the outside and the inside out. Am not pleased with my purchase and answers.

Je krijgt een totaal andere kleur thuis gestuurd als op de website staat. Op foto's is dit heel duidelijk te zien. Ik heb (donker)bruin besteld en krijg lichtgrijs geleverd.
Na contact opgenomen te hebben met de klantenservice, kreeg ik te horen dat ik de pot op eigen kosten moest terugsturen. Ik vertrouwde het niet, maar kreeg geen andere keuze.
Na de retour kreeg ik doodleuk te horen dat de kleur correct is (????) en dat ze uit "goodwill" alleen de verf zullen crediteren. Naar de verzendkosten heen en terug a 13,20 euro kan ik fluiten
Bagger service en absoluut misleidend. Koop hier niet.

Jullie verkopen de kleur Mud en dan krijg je lichtgrijs. Dat is alsof je de kleur Tomaat verkoopt en dan groen geleverd krijgt. Ik denk dat ik daarmee genoeg heb gezegd.
Ik zou tevreden zijn geweest met min of meer iedere kleur bruin (vandaar ook geen staaltje), maar dat is het simpelweg niet.
I ordered chalk paint here in full confidence that it would be fine. Well not at all.
You will receive a completely different color at home as stated on the website. This can be clearly seen in photos. I ordered (dark) brown and received light gray.
After contacting customer service, I was told to return the jar at my own expense. I didn't trust it, but was given no other choice.
After the return I was coolly told that the color is correct (????) and that they will only credit the paint out of "goodwill". I can whistle for the shipping costs there and back a 13.20 euros
Dredge service and absolutely misleading. Do not buy here.

You sell the color Mud and then you get light gray. That is like selling the color Tomato and then getting delivered green. I think I've said enough with that.
I would have been happy with more or less any shade of brown (hence no sample), but it simply isn't.
