Via de app te zien dat de bestelling klaar is, kom je het afhalen. Word je amper geholpen. Zegt de medewerker vervolgens dat je bestelling nog niet klaar is. Sta je daar te wachten, zie je een paar dozen achterin die al klaar waren. In de tussentijd al 15 min afgekoeld. Krijg je precies die dozen mee!!
Allemaal lauwe koude pizza thuis. (Woon 2 min achter de Domino's) Bel je ze vervolgens op, doet een medewerker nog moeilijk.. slechtste service ever.
Ik hoef geen koude pizza's.
 Very bad customer service.
When you see that the order is ready via the app, you come pick it up. You are barely helped. The employee then says that your order is not ready yet. When you stand there waiting, you see a few boxes in the back that were already ready. Cooled down for 15 minutes in the meantime. Do you get exactly those boxes!!
All lukewarm cold pizza at home. (Living 2 minutes behind the Domino's) If you call them, an employee is still difficult .. worst service ever.
I don't need cold pizzas.
